Breakfast With The Birds:

During the summer guests can enjoy breakfast on our large

deck while wild birds eat from our many feeders. We go through

more than 3 pounds of bird seed daily, so there is a good chance you

will see quite a few. Species include: Pine Grosbeak, Mountain

Bluebird, Steller's Jay, Orioles, Chickadees, Woodpeckers &

Hummingbirds.

 

 

Breakfast Menu:

Caramel French Toast - We caramelize french bread overnight, then cook it to perfection for you the next morning.

Pecan & Strawberry Belgian Waffles - Big and round Belgian waffles filled with pecans and topped with fresh strawberries.

Five Mountains Quiche - Five types of cheese and ham are served up in a mouth-watering quiche.

Banana Walnut Pancakes - A short stack of pancakes bursting with fresh bananas and walnuts.

Rocky Mountain Omelette - Sausage, cheese, potatoes, onions and green peppers wrapped in a hearty omelet.

Design Your Own Waffle - Using our flavorings from the Coffee & Snack Bar, you can design your own waffle.

We also have a wide variety of oatmeal & dry cereal for people who like to keep their breakfast simple.
